  1. I chose this book because it seemed to be interesting and I wanted to see how the American Revolution was like in perspective of one person and how they managed to survive.
I want to learn how people survived and controlled their hunger, anger, and other thoughts or feelings they had.

  2. I chose this book because I like learning about wars. I want to learn what the final battle was and where all the battles were.

  3. I'm confused about why the British fired at the unarmed people in Boston. Was there something that the citizens did to the British soldiers? Or did the soldiers just do it for fun?

  4. I'm confused about why the British came and attacked Americans and searched for military supplies.

  6. On page 20, it said that they shot imaginary targets that were heading towards them although they were low on powder supply. Why would they shoot and waste the powder on imaginary targets? Why didn't they find a different way to target something?

    1. Maybe there was a supply wagon that was going to come and they could use the ammunition because they were about to get more.

  7. On page 44 it says that the inexperience of the officers and their men showed. Why didn't George Washington or any of the other officers try to train the troops. The British had trained their men really well. Why didn't the Americans get trained this well. Why do you think that.
