  1. Part of book: The part that I want to take about is the seal training and how they had like a lot of different parts of training. Like swimmin.
My Thought: I think that it is like one part. But it sounds like they moved to different place for each pf the part of training.
My Question: How many parts do you think there are?

  2. Noah Jahn, Warrior's Heart.
Part of Book: When Eric gets arrested by the Chinese police. When they are questioning him about who asked him about the english government.
My thoughts: Why did they say he could only get his passport back if they could beat him. Couldn't they get in a lot of trouble for that. Besides who asks "Can I beat you?" that's just weird who does that.
My Question: If they hurt Eric in any way couldn't the U.S. government sue them or get them into trouble.

  3. Part of the book: When Eric helped the little boy in Rwanda when the little boy hurt his ankle.
My thoughts: I thought that that was really nice of Eric to do and I feel like Eric felt proud because all Eric really wanted to do is help other people.
My question: Why was the little boy so scared to go back after the nurses said he couldn't come back but when Eric brought him back they helped him.

What- When he visited his Grandpa.
Thoughts- I thought it was really sad that he had to go through the pain of trying to help his Grandpa put chapstick on. He was nice and kind towards him.I kinda guess that's what a Grandpa(Grandma) gets for sort of being your second set of parents. They're always there for you. Eric was so sad and kind of depressed to see his Grandpa in that state. He was explaining how his Grandpa was a talker and a fighter.
My Question- How would you feel if your Family was in that state?

My Thoughts: Why would someone ever beat a kid that harsh? That isn't right for someone to do that.

I thought he wasn't going to find him and he would be in big trouble. Then they found him because he said if they find him they will get ice cream.
