Reading May 27&28 On pages 250-270, Auggie describes his 5th grade field trip. Choose something in this section that you wish to discuss. Explain it completely and reply to others' comments.
I thought it was cool when he decided to keep Baboo at home. He thought he was brave enough and that's awesome. But I don't really like how he's trying to change his image. Like not take the star wars bag and stuff.. like dude, just be yourself.
I want to talk about the chapter Alien because I was sooooo angry at the guys that were making fun of Auggie and his friends.I that is was soooo nice that Amos,Miles,and Henry tried to help though.I feel bad for Auggie though because he has TCS and the older and taller guys still picked on him.

When Jack and Auggie went to go to the bathroom and those kids started making fun of Auggie, I felt super bad for him! Like he didnt do anything wrong!! He just went to the woods to go to the bathroom and then they started being mean! Like really!! They are probably those kids that think the are "cool" for being mean to kids.
Oh so he stole them, I thought that they just fell off wile he was running in the woods. That must be worse though now he has to go back and get them from Eddie! SCARY!
The thing i wish to discuss is when augist and jack find thows older kids that are smoking and liting firecrakes and making fun of augist face and did not wont there teachers to now
I think it was nice that Amos and his friends stuck up for August against those older kids. They are kind-of friends now. I think that means the war is kinda over, since they are on August's side.
Oh no! Poor August I felt bad for him when those bullies were teasing him. And when he was running from them he lost his hearing aids! His mother told him that those hearing aids were very expensive. But his friends made him feel better when he was crying they didn’t laugh at him. I thought that Henry and Miles were going to be mean but they supported him too.
I know! That was my same reaction! I felt so bad for him!! I was happy that his friends were nice to him about when he was crying and like didnt make fun of him!
I wanted to go up and slap him so hard that his mom would say ow. As if he doesn't get enough bullying from school but now he's getting it from a camp. Nice going.
I think it was really mean that those other kids bullied. It was like back to the first day of school for Auggie again. I wonder why he lied to Mr. Tushman that he didn't know what they looked like.
I think that when jack and auggie went to the bathroom and those kids made fun of auggie i think that was mean they did not know auggie so why did the make fun of him.
I think that it was cool when Henry and Miles cam and tried to get them away from the bullies. When the book said that it smelt like something was burning and there was smoke around I was wondering if those kids were doing something like smoking.
The thing that iwant to discuss is when Jack peed out in the woods past the cones when he wasnt supposed to I wouldve just waited in the line for the bathroom.
I would have gone past the cones if it was like super bad but I would have waited but if u got to go you've got to go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:)
I felt really bad when he decided to leave Baboo and the star wars bag behind like really so what it's star wars I would totes rock that bag because it would be stating who i am. And OMIGAWD the way he left Baboo behind was like WOW bro that's a change.

Ya but he had Baboo at the bottom of the suitcase so he wouldn't of gotten picked on because he was in the tent with Jack or in a bunk
