As you read the Spring 1934 section, you will notice that Billie Jo is describing her parents in many of the poems. We also start to get a clearer picture of who Billie Jo is through her poetry. While you're reading, I'd like you to take notes on each of the three characters. Assignment has all of the directions you will need.
