In Chapters 1-4, we get to see a lot of the rules in this society. Are they right? Are they wrong? Could you live in this society?

No i could not live in this society everyone has the same everything i'm different. 2 pros would be that you don't have to give birth you just get a baby delivered and that being a birth mom is an assignment. 2 cons is that you don't have a choice on the baby's name or how many children you get and that you don't get the baby till its one.
ReplyDeleteYou only get two kids a boy and a girl. But it is not fun to have the even ones birthday at one time.
DeleteYeah, because if there's more than 50 children born they have to wait until next year to be a one they won't be a two!

DeleteI believe that it is wrong to have so many rules, but we do not know what this society was like before it changed to the perfect one it is now, Maybe there is a need for the rules, maybe these people are different and need very much order and instruction. I do not think I could make it in this society and I feel Jonas won't either the rules would get confusing and I would feel that no one can be different. Overall I feel that i could not live in this society and I think there are too many rules in it.

DeleteI don't think I would be able to live in a society like this because if you give birth as a birth-mother you don't get to pick a name for your child and you don't get to pick your assignment/job you get to do. I don't know who would want to live in that society with all of those rules!

DeleteI think that they are wrong to have this many rules too. Everyone is different you can't make them be the same. To be honest I could NOT live in this society because, you can't choose who is in your family and you only can have two females and two males.

DeleteI think I could. 2 cons, 1 you can't do or have much. 2 you don't really get to experience animals and different states etc. 2 pros would be 1 you don't have to worry about getting a job and 2 you getto have rec hours that let you go places and experience things, jobs, people etc.
